Weekly Lessons Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy
If need be, weekly lessons must be canceled at least 24-hours prior to the agreed upon lesson time. If the lesson is not canceled 24-hours prior, or if the student is a “no show”, the credit for that lesson will be forfeited. Canceled lessons must be rescheduled within 7 days of the original lesson time, and accepted rescheduled lessons are at the teacher’s sole discretion, and availability for that week. We will do our best to be as accommodating as possible.
